Projects with an inhouse competency development
Can we set up an internal team? Supporting customer to set up an inhouse competence in basic data analysis, engineering and management while completing a required project. Customer can hire suitable junior candidate and with our support grow the competence inhouse. As a hybrid team the newhire will get engineering support and mentoring from us, but will remain customer's employee. Inhouse competency model allows to keep a certain level of independence from the provider.
